Mobilizing

A critical part of who we are at International Teams is a decentralized structure of efficient national and regional organizations that support the growing ministry. Our ministry is not built on the "top-down, single-method" approach. Through a collaborative international partnership, we seek to resource diverse ministries all over the world. Our aim is to mobilize strategic workers from every part of the world to serve on multi-cultural teams.

While focusing on the various ministry needs and

opportunities of the missionaries before and after they arrive on the field, we are postured to help train, equip

and mobilize local churches to assume their rightful

place in God’s mission.

The mission of God is in a very different place from the situation 80 years ago (computers, the Internet, global media, air travel, etc.)

The “center of gravity” in terms of evangelical Christians has shifted from the Northern Hemisphere to the Southern Hemisphere.

The missionary task is no longer from the “West” to the rest of the world. It is now from everywhere” to “everywhere.”
