When people make the desperate decision to flee from their homeland, they need to plan their route to a new life. There are some well-worn paths around the world that refugees travel upon. These paths are the Refugee Highway. Along the Refugee Highway refugees are living in a reality filled with betrayal, deception, abandonment and fears of deportation.

International Teams’ aim is to glorify God in teams sent out from churches around the world... meeting refugees with the warmth of the Gospel. It is exciting to see lives transformed ...especially as we see these new followers of Christ are making disciples among others, including their own people.

Did you know...

There are more than 34 million refugees and internally displaced persons (IDP’s) in the world. They flee their homeland because of war, violence, famine, persecution and economic despair.

Illegal gangs are charging $2,250 to smuggle a migrant from Romania, $9,000 from India and as much as $24,000 per head from China into industrialized countries such as the USA

Refugees in the Bible include Adam and Eve, Abraham and Sarah, Joseph, and Jesus.
