The Elgin Ministry Center is the main hub for International Teams USA. Here, in an office setting, the Elgin Ministry team uses their leadership, administrative, pastoral, and people gifts and skills to mobilize individuals and churches into mission, helping them be effective through training, development, coaching,and support.

This position provides leadership in building strategic relationships that result in additional funds being raised for International Teams.
