Missionary Job Profile
We want you to be serving in a role that draws from your God-given passions and utilizes your individual strengths and abilities. We don’t ever want to just tell you what we want you to do, rather we want to place you in an environment where you will be developed and challenged in the areas that God has gifted you.
Each team has developed a Team Empowerment Plan (TEmP) that outlines their ministry focus and goals. A lot of the time they have roles in which they want to fill that will help meet the needs of their ministry. We want to work with our team leaders to find the right people for those roles, and who knows you just might be the right person.
What is crucial is the missionary’s spirit. Being humble and teachable goes a long way to making any ministry more fruitful. Things like availability and having a positive, "can-do" attitude are huge, especially in another culture where life is challenging enough.
