	working with refugees in understanding their material needs and developing with them realistic, sustainable solutions. encouraging refugees to take responsibility for their environment and incorporating Christian values into issues of poverty and prosperity.	Long Term
Team Member - Grants and Finances
	Looking out for opportunities to obtain funds from institutions in Malawi and abroad, researching and writing grant applications. Advising on ministry financial plans and being in charge of monitoring and reporting on ministry finances.	Long Term

Fundraising and Building Team
		A team that would help raise 9,000 GBP or 12,000 USD to come and build a centre at Dzaleka refugee camp where solar pannels and computers would subsequently be installed for refugees to communicate through email and to study for online degrees.	3 weeks to 3 months
