  Research and revive traditional forms of art that have been lost in the turmoil and IDP Camp living.
Mentor and mobilize local Christians to:
- use art as therapy to help counsel traumatized children.
- organize & lead art clubs to connect with and teach children & youth about Christ & the Biblical Worldview.
- teach art from a Christian perspective at a local school.
Establish a Christian artist network.

Beyond Centre Developer
  Establish and oversee multiple resource centers that each include a library, Bible distribution, a Listen to Learn recording studio, a Faith Comes By Hearing audio Bible program, a video ministry, and training opportunities. Long Term
Beyond Photography Ministry Developer
  Beyond Photography Ministry
- Develop a mass camera-equipment collection program in the West. NOW is the time to collect these cameras as most all people in the West have switched to digital and are looking to donate/get rid of their old film cameras
- Sort through and get the camera equipment to Uganda
- Develop relationships/partnerships with local pastors, ministry & missions organizations, photograph-printing businesses in Uganda and beyond
- Develop a Biblical business model/program for camera distribution; Biblical worldview, business and photography training; accountability; quality of work; etc.
- Establish networks of photographers that provide support, ideas, continued training, etc.
- Monitor local market, proper care and use of cameras, business practices of photographers, money-management

Additional:
- Develop photography as a ministry through photography clubs/classes that include Bible study
- Be an on-sight photographer for ministries in which Team Beyond Team Members are involved
- Develop photography books on specific topics of need, ministry, people groups, culture, suffering, testimony, stories, etc. for the purpose of raising awareness and funds for particular causes/areas of ministry (i.e. www.karamoja.com)
- Develop postcards, calendars, photo-books, etc. that can be sold in the Beyond Craft Shop (and other craft shops in Uganda) with profits going towards particular causes/areas of ministry
Long Term
Children's Ministry Mobilizer
  Facts: 50% of Uganda's population is under the age of 14. The average age in Uganda is 15. Most children are growing up without parental direction and father figures. A person’s worldview is primarily shaped and is firmly in place by the time someone reaches the age of 13. Much necessary work is needed to instill the Biblical worldview in the children of Uganda.

Someone is needed to:
- research what is being done and what needs to be done in terms of children ministry
- network and partner with churches and related organizations
- mobilize (encourage, exemplify, equip and assist) the local church to minister to children
- organize training events for children's ministry leaders, Sunday school teachers
- establish Christian clubs for children through the local churches and schools that meet daily to instill in the children the life purpose of enjoying and displaying God's love in all things for the joy of all people
Long Term
Christian Education Consultant
  - Network, partner and build relationships with local teacher-training colleges and local Christian schools
- mentor and encourage key leaders in the Christian school movement in Uganda and beyond
- Assess teaching materials and methods used in Ugandan schools and integrate the best of these into the development of Christian school curriculum
- Participate in the training of teachers to integrate a Biblical worldview into their teaching
- Participate in the training of Christian school administrators to competently administer their schools
- Network and partner with, encourage and coordinate the involvement of other organizations in Christian school development in Uganda
- Participate in the African and worldwide discussions of Christian education
Establish libraries
- Identify and develop strategic ministry opportunities for short-term missionaries in the development of Christian education; work with country team leaders in the orientation, mentoring and supervision of such volunteers while they are in Uganda
Long Term
Hindu, Sikh & Chinese Ministry Mobilizer
  - Mobilize the local church to reach the Hindus, Sikhs and Chinese with the Gospel.
- Build relationships with the Hindus, Sikhs and Chinese.
- Go with them to visit their homelands.
- Disciple them teaching them to make disciples.

HIV/AIDS Awareness & Counseling Ministry Mobilizer
  - Research what is being done and what needs to be done by the church in terms of HIV/AIDS ministry.
- Network and partner with churches and HIV/AIDS NGOs.
- Mobilize the local church minister to those with HIV/AIDS.
- Organize training & awareness events.
- Counsel HIV/AIDS victims.

  Facts: The average age in Uganda is 15. Most youth do not have positive role models or father figures in their lives. A person’s worldview is refined through experience during the teen and early adult years. Much necessary work is needed to instill the Biblical worldview in the youth of Uganda.

Someone is needed to:
- research what is being done and what needs to be done in terms of youth ministry
- network and partner with churches, schools, youth hostels, Scripture Unions, and related organizations
- mobilize (encourage, exemplify, equip and assist) the local church to minister to youth
- organize training events for youth ministry leaders
- establish Christian clubs/camps for youth through the local churches and schools that meet daily to instill in the youth the life purpose of enjoying and displaying God's love in all things for the joy of all people
