Demonstrating and communicating the love of God by:

1. Building an expanding network of immigrants, mostly Albanian speakers and French-speaking Congolese, and Syrian Kurds whom we help via advocacy work with the lawyers, courts, medical personnel, estate agents, and various branches of the civil service. We also help find and deliver used appliances and furniture. We celebrate birthdays and generally serve as surrogate parents for many. Our desire is always to point people to Christ and ground them in the Scriptures. As a result some have been saved and baptized, and some have taken part in Bible studies. Several refugee families now come regularly to Stopsley Baptist Church on Sunday mornings as a result of this ministry.
2. Mobilizing the members of Stopsley Baptist http://www.stopsley.net/ and other regional churches to reach out to refugees through my role as an elder and (volunteer) Pastor or Intercultural Ministries. Motivating and mobilizing others must be a priority in the next stage of this work.
3. Serving the wider IT body through specific administrative tasks such as producing Inter-Com monthly and updating the International Personnel List quarterly.
4. Providing encouragement and input to IT missionaries and alumni who seek it out due to our longevity and experience with the mission, particularly those who have served in Western Europe over the last 39 years since I have had leadership responsibility at some level most of this period.
5. Promoting the growth of ITUK through speaking in UK churches and being a resource for Brecon. As I speak in UK churches, about once a month, I promote and recruit for International Teams UK.
6. Mentoring young people doing gap-year ministry in the UK or overseas via International Teams or our church.
7. Providing hospitality for missionaries traveling to or through the UK.
8. Teaching Bible to several Albanian women on a weekly basis (Nancy), counseling and mentoring several British women and ministering to many through intercessory prayer.
