• Providing Christian homes for orphaned, abandoned and children at risk.
• Build, staff and administer each home.
• Pursue small business enterprises that provide for the needs of each child.
• Encourage the local church and community of each orphanage.

Business Manager
	Business Manager - Business experience would be ideal as they manage businesses in and out of the country. Capital fund raising may be part of their responsibilities as well as managing and training Bolivians in the art of business.	Long Term
Construction Manager
	No experience needed but good with people and administrative skills. Monthly travel required through out Bolivia. Site visits to encourage the construction team and neighborhood Church. Building relationships with the community and providing services where appropriate.	Long Term
Orphanage Adminstrator-Chapare
	This couple or individual would be the primary contact for orphanage matters; staffing, child welfare offices, working with the church, psychologists, social workers, doctors, dentists’ house parents etc.	Long Term

Multi-media
	Evangelism and Outreach Physical Work	This can be completed here in Bolivia or from home. Develop methods of sharing with the world what God is doing here; through brocures, videos, powerpoint presentations, website design, mass mailings, newsletter templates, personal invitations to partner and pray etc.	3 weeks to 3 months
Construction Crew
		The duration can be any length of time longer than a week. Light to heavy construction. We are constantly building; there is no bad time to come down and help.	Less than 3 weeks

Coffee Production/Export
	Our need here is not financial as much as it is for a person with marketing experience and a desire to launch this new product line. We have the State side importer, roster and shipper identified.	0
