America and provide leadership once they have
established their ministry location.
- Office personnel visit missionaries at their team
location observing, encouraging, and helping to
make key ministry decisions.
- Support team leaders so that they can provide
Biblical leadership to their teams.
- Mobilizing Latins and Latin American churches to
missions in the contemporary world setting.
- Provide cross-cultural training in cross-cultural
ministry to Latin Americans.

In order to better train and equip Latins to serve cross-culturally within Latin America and beyond, a trianing center is now needed. Already thousands of leaders and potential leaders have been trained in a seminar format. International teams has already mobilized 6 Costa Ricans, 2 Mexicans, 2 Ecuadorians and 1 Brazillian into long-term missionary service. The next step requires a place to bring new trainees together for an intensified, extended training program that will prepare them to go to the next level of service and to serve cross-culturally with International Teams. I.T. can acquire an already-functional, 5.67-acre property valued at nearly $600,000 for payment of $200,000 (plus all closing and legal expenses). |
