THE TEAM

We are a team of 20-30 individuals from a wide variety of church backgrounds and work experiences. Our team operates in an office environment using our leadership, administrative, teaching, pastoral, and people gifts and skills to recruit, develop, and support missionaries around the world.

The Elgin Ministry Center team strives to mobilize individuals, churches, and campus groups into mission, helping them be effective by providing training, development, resources, and ongoing encouragement and support.

OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE

Finance Assistant
	Provide financial assistance and support on a regular basis for the department. Responsible for specific tasks related to accounting and financial functions. Directly accountable to the Controller.	Long Term

OPPORTUNITES TO GIVE

Website Upgrade and Maintenance
	Ninety percent of our contacts for new missionaries are via the web. Funds cover one-time re-creation and annual changes plus subsidy for Webmaster.	45,000 USD
