THE TEAM
We are a team of 25-30 individuals from a wide variety of church backgrounds and work experiences. Our team operates in an office environment using our leadership, administrative, teaching, pastoral, and people gifts and skills to recruit, develop, and support missionaries around the world.

The Elgin Ministry Center team strives to mobilize individuals, churches, and campus groups into mission, helping them be effective by providing training, development, resources, and ongoing encouragement and support.
