Within Australia we:

• Mobilize & Coach career missionaries
• Assist missionaries with church and donor development
• Coach churches in their mission strategy
• Develop reproducable models and resources for cross cultural missions for churches
• Coordinate missionary financial systems and support
• Train new missionaries
• Provide missionary care of all missionaries
• Being part of the ITI Global Vision/Leadership
• Recruiting short-term teams and individuals (assisting churches)
• Pioneering teams consistent with our values in the Australasian region
• Provide leadership support for ministry teams in Australia (SRT & CRT)
